JetSeam is a US-based company specializing in high-quality pilot apparel. JetSeam approached Serendipity & Co to help position the brand as the primary uniform choice for pilots while increasing retail sales.

Our team completed an extensive competitive analysis and strategy deck with a heavy focus on improving JetSeam's retail email program. Using established brand guidelines and information garnered from research on competitors as well as successful apparel retail email programs, Serendipity & Co designed new retail email templates and curated a retail email content calendar with a bi-weekly cadence to improve customer conversion.

The improvements immediately created a large impact on CTRs and overall sales.
