Big Mozz: Mozz Nugget Launch Event

What’s better than gathering people together to enjoy fresh mozzarella sticks and nuggets?

Project Overview:

Big Mozz is an artisanal mozzarella stick company that evolved from a small-scale operation at local markets and festivals to a recognized brand in freezer aisles across the nation. Known for their mozzarella sticks, the brand decided to launch a new product: Mozz Nuggets.

The Big Mozz team reached out to Serendipity & Co to create a Mozz Nuggets launch event at TALEA Beer Co. in Brooklyn at the same time as their product was appearing in a new, major retailer. Its goal was to create an event that announced the launch and celebrated all of their recent successes, including launching in Whole Foods stores across the nation and entering into major sports arenas like the Yankee Stadium.

The Launch:

Serendipity & Co played a crucial role in the success of the Big Mozz product launch by leveraging influencers, VIPs and media to generate excitement for the brand. Our team strategically invited lifestyle and food creators from New York City to raise brand awareness and highlight national retailers that carry these products on their social media accounts. 

Overall, we curated a select group of influencers, ensured seamless event logistics and designed event materials such as posters, info cards, goody bags and custom merch to create a memorable experience.

To further enhance the event, we also executed a creative cheese pull contest, offering attendees the chance to win exclusive brand merch while adding an exciting element to the evening.

The Results:

The event was a resounding success as it celebrated everything Big Mozz accomplished over its lifetime and encouraged influencers to showcase the brand in an engaging way to their followers.

By strategically leveraging these creators with immersive activities, unlimited product tastings, giveaways and direct interactions with the founder, we were able to effectively generate buzz surrounding the brand. This not only provided a boost in brand awareness, but it also continued creating authentic connections within the influencer community.
