Whitmans Flight Club

Whitmans, an elevated comfort food restaurant in New York City, tasked Serendipity & Co with developing a program that would connect with the community and create new customers. Since working with Whitmans, Serendipity & Co knew that when someone visits Whitmans once, the likelihood of transitioning into an average Whitmans customer that returns multiple times per year increases. 

We developed a series of monthly events called Flight Club, which encourages a sense of community while giving guests the opportunity to taste local brews, liquors and elevated comfort food. This campaign includes securing ongoing brewery/distillery partners, working with influencers, promoting and selling tickets via social media and email, creating ongoing buzz through social channels and PR connections as well as designing print signage for restaurant placements.

The campaign annually creates 150+ new customers which is a huge success to the brand. Whitmans Flight Club was so successful in New York City that our team implemented the program in the Whitmans Miami location.
